The location of J5 Hotels, Port Saeed is fantastic, just a hop away from Deira Mall and the metro. The staff were attentive, and the breakfast had plenty of options to choose from!
The electric plugs by the bed were inconvenient.

The venue is fairly clean and reasonably spacious, views are good, the location is marvellous just next door to the city center mall, grocery store and Sharjah and Dubai downtown. Spotless rooms have a classic design. The restaurant serves hot Russian food. The hotel is definitely recommended to others.

Absolutely, shocking experience! I requested a quiet room after a long flight, only to hear constant traffic noise. How hard can it be? Then, the breakfast was a disaster with choices running low, the staff woudl ve been better off at a buffet. I almost gave a good review, but it just didn't happen. Very disappointing, indeed.

Tbh, had a fairly nice stay in February 2021. The location was favourable, not too far from Deira City Center Shopping Mall. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the hotel.

The location was great and stunning, at a walking distance from Deira City Center Shopping Mall. This hotel was in a fairly nice area right by shopping mall that includes a large supermarket, all the malls and restaurants and Metro/Diera City center👍

The staff's service was amazing, especially front desk Savito, who greeted me with a warm smile and abundant energy. I loved the free shuttle trip to the mall and indulged in the relaxing sauna-what a perfect end to my day!

The breakfast was excellent, no wish that was not fulfilled. The room was very well equipped. The location with the subway connection and proximity to the airport perfect. Staff incredibly helpful and really interested!
